By commissioning me you agree on TOS provided below:

Getting a commission
All commissions start with filling the google forms by client (you) and getting informed by an artist (me) about the spot in the queue via contact info provided by you in said google forms.

Payment
All commissions are being paid in USD via STRIPE Invoice. Payment link will be send to client's email which can be paid via credit or debit card or, depending on country, different payment method.I will only send payment link when I start working on the first sketch.No upfront payments unless discussed between client and artist.It's possible to split payments into two separate invoices if the price of the commission is above 150 usd. One at the start of the commission and other half at the end of it.

Workflow and content
I reserve the right not to draw various fetishes, gore, illegal actions or anything that makes me uncomfortable. If you aren't sure about your idea- contact me.Drawing usually takes 1-2 weeks after I start your commission up to 1 month maximum, I will be notifying you about the updates and client queue position.I won’t draw past sketch phase until I get paid through invoice (full or partial, depends on agreement with client).During sketch, lineart and coloring parts I will be checking with client (you) any possible changes or revisions. However I might decline changes if they are pointed too late in the art process
(for example pose change when I'm already in coloring process).After work is finished and it's acknowledged by the client no more changes or revisions will be provided.Clients can use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. I, as the artist can promote and display it on my social media to my liking unless agreed with client otherwise.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be allowed if artist (me) doesn't manage to deliver work on which I will contact client personally and try to resolve the situation.No refunds or chargebacks allowed after the commission was delivered. In such case I will try contacting the client (you) to resolve the situation.In case of chargeback without a reason I will put the client into the banned list and refuse to work with said client again.

Consumer data privacy policy
By agreeing to commission me I will only gather information that you provide:
-Email address and any additional contact information
-Pictures and text (reference material for the art piece)
After work is done I will not keep your google forms, however I will keep the invoice from the payment for tax purposes and proof of work for 5 years.

Norwegian Art Tax
In case when commission is over 2000 nok
(around 190 usd) there will be applied 5% art tax that I am obligated to collect on top of the commission price.
